QCity Metro is celebrating 16 years of serving Charlotte;s Black communities. In 2008 Glenn Burkins founded one of the first digital-only hyperlocal news sites devoted to a Black community. 16 years later our content reaches over 125,000 each month. Now it's time to celebrate! Join us for an evening of light bites, an open bar, and mingling on the (indoor) rooftop of the Gantt Center. Plus you can enjoy an open gallery.
Parking will be validated! Just park in Levine Center of the Arts Parking Deck, located under the Wells Fargo building: 550 South Tryon Street, Charlotte NC 28202. At the party we'll give you a validation voucher so your parking will be free upon leaving the parking deck.
This event begins at 6pm and ends at 9pm. Come out to mingle amongst QCity Metro's supporters. Enjoy lite bites, an open bar, music and a gallery.
